Who we are

Kingfisher Pharmacy is an independent NHS community pharmacy located at 192 Kirkgate, Wakefield WF1 1UE. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

What we collect

• Contact details — name, email, phone number and address when you submit a prescription request, nomination, or contact form.
• Prescription information — GP surgery name, medication details, and delivery preferences you provide through our online forms.
• Usage data — pages visited and site interactions, collected via Google Analytics and PostHog to help us improve the website. PostHog data is processed in the EU.

How we use it

• To process your prescription requests and respond to enquiries.
• To send you notifications about your prescriptions (email only, no marketing).
• To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage data.
• PostHog (EU-hosted) — session recordings and analytics to improve the site.
• Sentry — error tracking to fix technical issues.

We never sell your data. We never share personal health information with third parties except where required by law or for the provision of NHS services.

Cookies

Data retention

Prescription and contact form submissions are retained for 2 years. Website analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics) and 12 months (PostHog).
